File retention

We keep your files for [90] days after your order is picked up or delivered, then delete them automatically.

• Why we keep them: so you can reorder the same files from your account without uploading again.
• Cancelled or unpaid orders: files are deleted [30] days after the order is cancelled or the card hold expires.
• Delete sooner: email [email] or use the delete button on the order in your account, and we'll remove them right away.
• After deletion: files can't be recovered, so keep your own copies. Your order record (what was printed, price, date) stays for tax records.
